Born to run
I have been reading a book called "Born to Run." I bought it in the Juan Santa Maria airport terminal in Costa Rica when I had to take a flight on a business trip.
I started to read the book then, but it is difficult for me read in airplanes, neither can I sleep or take a nap. All I can do is watch the TV (of course I have to pay for it). I left aside the book and started reading other books. A couple of months ago I started reading the book again, now I'm hooked on it. It relates the history about an Indian group called Tarahumara or how they call themselves Rarámuri.

The Rarámuris are a special kind of ultra runners, they run very long distances. They live in the Mexico Canyons and have a basic diet that consists of eating corn prepared in very different manners. They also eat a lot of beans and drink large amounts of beer.
The Rarámuris live in small communities and it is odd see them out of the canyons. A reporter named Christopher Mcdonald went to the Mexico canyons to get know these people and he had a great experience down there. He met a guy who named himself
